Privacy Policy
This policy explains how HaulWorth handles information when you visit, purchase, activate, or use its trucking tools.
1. Information we collect
Depending on the product you use, we may collect your name, email address, account credentials, activation status, plan, device identifier, and support communications. When you use cloud or fleet features, we may receive load, customer, driver, truck, settlement, expense, invoice, receipt, maintenance, compliance, dispatch, and document information that you choose to enter.
2. Road and location information
Road features may process a starting point, destination, map position, saved places, routes, and locations associated with fuel prices, parking, weigh stations, repair services, reviews, comments, or temporary road alerts. Some Road reports may be visible to other users. Do not include private or sensitive personal information in public comments.
3. Device and technical information
We may automatically receive limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, request time, referring page, error logs, and security signals. HaulWorth may use local storage, cookies, or similar technologies to remember activation, account sessions, saved records, and preferences and to keep the service secure.
4. Information stored on your device
Some Basic and Road features store records or activation information locally on your phone or browser. Locally stored information may be lost if you clear browser data, remove the app, replace the device, or use a different browser. You control your device and should keep backups of important records.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Square or the checkout provider shown at purchase. HaulWorth may receive purchase status, transaction identifiers, billing contact details, subscription status, and limited payment metadata, but does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
6. How we use information
We use information to provide and activate products; authenticate accounts; save and display records; calculate results; support routing and Road features; process subscriptions; communicate with users; prevent fraud and misuse; troubleshoot and secure the service; comply with law; and understand and improve HaulWorth.
7. How we share information
We may share information with service providers that help operate HaulWorth, including hosting, storage, payment, email, security, and mapping providers. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a sale, financing, reorganization, or transfer of the business. Road content you choose to submit for community use may be displayed to other users. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies by the type of information and whether it is stored locally on your device or in a cloud account.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your device and credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
10. Your choices and requests
You may update certain account or business information inside the service. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing us. We may verify your identity, retain information required for legal or security purposes, or deny a request where permitted by law. You can control browser storage through your device settings, but removing it may deactivate local features or erase locally saved records.
11. Children
HaulWorth is intended for adults and commercial trucking use. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
12. United States processing
HaulWorth is operated in the United States. If you access it from another country, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
13. Changes and contact
